Hi,

 

My internet data isn't working. It hasn't worked since joining 48. I was in contact with someone before but didn't follow it through to a point where it actually worked. I was hoping that someone could help me out.

Did you try all of the steps to configure your internet settings?

What does your online account say about your membership status and expiry date and membership/add-on data allowance?

As above - what does your online account say about your membership status and expiry date and membership/add-on data allowance?

 

Did you configure your internet settings as per the steps in the link above?

 

By the way - it's probably not a good idea to post your phone number on a public website.
