You have asked about internet settings several times before and I replied in all cases advising how to do this!

As I said there you need to configure your internet/APN settings.

Thanks. No change. When I search mobile networks 48 is listed but still won't connect.

I don't understand - above you're saying that you cannot connect at all but here you're saying that calls/texts work!?

No. Still the same. As I said, I can receive and make calls and texts but can't connect to the internet via 48.

If you followed the instructions that I linked to and your data/internet connection still does not work then almost certainly you still have something configured wrong.

Especially if everything else (incoming/outgoing calls and texts) is working fine.

 

If you can't/won't post screenshots of all of the relevant settings for review then all I can suggest is that you contact 48 support and maybe they can help you:

Ok, I finally got the screen shot. Had to do it in two sections. Where do I send it to. Bearing in mind it is on my phone and I will be using wifi.

You need to post it here.

You can attach/embed pictures in posts using the message editor toolbar.

 

Also what does *100*8# return?

Is data enabled and is data roaming enabled?

Is the APN correctly configured and selected for use?
