Internet not working

I topped up by 10 euro yesterday and it's telling me that I have no internet and that I need to buy some but I have not used any of my internet allowance yet. I don't want to pay 3 euro for more because I should already have it how do I fix this????

How exactly is is telling you that you have no internet?

Did internet ever work for you?

If so when did it stop working?

Are your internet settings correct?

Are you sure that your data balance is not zero?

When I log on online it says I have my calls and texts etc but no internet it was fine when I topped up last month and at previous occasions but it's just telling me that i have no internet and do I want to buy more. I didn't use my internet at all it just wouldn't work from the moment I topped up
