Internet not working

I bought my membership for my second month with 48, but my internet doesn't seem to be working, even though it says 4G is on. Also messaging doesn't work. Any reasons for this?

Did internet/data work for your first month?

Did you configure your internet/APN settings?

What does *100*8# return as your data allowance balance?

 

What do you mean "messaging doesn't work"?
You can't send or receive any SMS text messages at all?

Or just to/from specific numbers?
