Make sure that data roaming is also enabled.

hi i have sm g900f and i have problem with the internet. the signal from internet is just H or H+ no 4G how should be is possible to get setting for this thank you

The online configurator never worked for me either - on several phones. Never sent any message.

Try downloading the Tweakker APN app over WiFi and see if that configures your settings.

That's correct.
48 doesn't provide 4G access yet.
