My internet is not working.Can anybody help me.I have an active membership....

Hey deanomelon

 

I can see you have just joined 48.  To get your internet up and running you will need to update the settings on your phone.

 

You can do that very easily here https://48months.ie/my-48/my-data-settings. 

 

Just pop in your phone number and the little security code and we will either send the settings via text or provide step by step instructions.

 

After doing this can you ensure you have mobile data and data roaming both switched on.

 

That should do the trick but if not get back in touch.

Hi, my internet has stopped working... I have updated the setting using tweeker, however it still does not work ... Can you help me ?

Are you sure that you still have a data allowance?
Dial *100*8# to find out.
If you do then make sure that the settings are correct:
