Is the network down?

Me and other people I know are having difficulty using the network for anything call texts and Internet?

It's funny, as an hour ago I got an Email asking me 'would I brag about 48' 😄

This has happened way to many times. I'm lucky I'm at home with wifi but if I wasn't I would be completely **bleep**ed. It's becoming annoying regular now
