Were you ever able to receive them?

MMS messages require a data connection and will not work over, say, wifi (well - not in general anyway).

Do you have a data allowance as part of your membership/data add-on and your APN/internet settings correctly configured?

Hope this helps.

Mine does not work either and I have downloaded and installed the latest configuration details. The download keeps failing time and again. I cant send/ receive mms whatsoever.

Any updates??

Thanks

Most likely you did not configure your internet/MMS APN properly or you have no cash credit to send MMS or you have no data allowance.

You need to configure your settings correctly.

See here:

http://community.48months.ie/t5/Need-Help/Internet/m-p/34493#M12560

And you need a data allowance to send/receive MMS.

You also need cash credit to send MMS messages (30c each).

If necessary post your settings here for review.

Hope this helps.

Try leaving Authentication type blank/not set rather than set to CHAP.

If that doesn't help then also try setting APN type to * rather than default, supl, mms.

When you change the settings toggle Airplane mode on and then off again or simply reboot the phone before trying internet/MMS access again.

See here:

http://community.48months.ie/t5/Need-Help/Internet/m-p/34493#M12560#

Some of the other instructions on this website are simply wrong.

Only the ones that I linked to above work in all cases.

I advised you to follow them before but obviously you did not since your settings do not match the ones that I linked to.

What options are available for the Mobile virtual network operator type setting?

Hope this helps.

Hi,

I have tried it all now, even trying allall of the mvno types to no avail. Perhaps it's a 48Screenshot_20160401-172803.jpg network issue?

Did you definitely try leaving Authentication type unset/blank/None and rebooting?

Did you also try APN type = * and rebooting?

Did you try both of those changes together?

What are the options available for Mobile virtual network operator type?

If you still can't get it working then you may need to contact 48 support:

http://www.48months.ie/help#ask-a-48-agent

But generally if internet/MMS doesn't work then it's either some mistake in configuring the APN settings or something else like no data allowance, data/data roaming not enabled or no cash credit to send MMS.

Hope this helps.
