Making phone call

Hi, I already top up pay my membership. But I cant not make any phone call send text. This had never happen to me while i use other net work and i am very regret for changing to 48.

Are you getting any signal bars?
Are you connected to the 48 network (or O2 if 48 is not listed when you scan for networks)?
Do you have data roaming enabled? It's sometimes needed even just to make calls/send texts.
Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?
Can you receive calls/texts?
What does your online account say about your membership status and expiry date?

yes i have 3 bar also connect to 48 and the phone is also unlock. The account said that it will not expried until next month.

I can recive text and call. 

it will expire 15/04/2014

My call balance is 300 mintues. and text is unlimited.

I just change net work. Top up pay memebership and is does not work.

every time when i make a call is just ended straight away.

What sort of call are you trying to make - e.g. Irish landline, Irish mobile etc.?

What did you top up - cash credit balance or membership?

What does your online account say about your current membership status, expiry date and allowance balances?
