My sim card got rejected it is my number [personal details] please can i order a replacement sim with the same details and offer i appreciate . My address is [personal details]

It's not such a good idea to post all your personal details on a public forum like that.

I was on standard membership ( all calls and text ) , but its for 2 months that i cant make unlimited calls , i have only 300 mins per month, could u plz make my membership like before, thanks

Standard membership changed on 10th June and now only comes with 300 minutes of mobile calls instead of "unlimited" calls.

I very much doubt that 48 are going to make exceptions for individual members and revert them to the old allowances!

You should have received notification of this change by email several weeks before it happened.

Memberships purchased before 10th June still come with the old allowances (e.g. unlimited mobile calls) but any purchased subsequently don't.

 

If you have a problem with this then you need to contact 48 support here:

Note that it's no longer worth buying Standard membership as Guido gives you more for the same price. But still only 300 mobile mins.

If you have auto renewal of membership switched on then you should switch it off and/or change the membership type from Standard to Guido or Don/Mitch.
