Just got my second new Sim as the first didn't work. This one is allowing me to text, call and receive texts from anyone except people on the 3 network. Any idea why this is?
SOS I've been waiting a week cause of the faulty sim and I'm getting super frustrated now

You probably need to log a support request to get 48 to look into this for you:

Yes I tried to resolve this a couple of times before, replaced my sim and still nothing.
