No Network, Back after network rescan!

Hi all,

10 PM in West Cork and No Network, Was OK at 6PM

Webssite says I have no Internet credit yet even though I paid for it yesterday.

Network is back after network rescan! And website says I do have Internet paid/

I don't really understand your post.

Are you having a problem or is everything sorted?

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

Let me confirm that I had a problem and not it is fixed!

 

I was letting everyone know as there was no infor on the website about the network being down and the website not showing the correct balances.

The last sentence of your post suggested that the network and online account display were working fine. Everything working fine for me here in Dublin yesterday/now. If you are still having problems you should contact 48 support by logging a help request.
