No calls/text/internet, active membership

I've just confirmed my membership is active, and have rebooted phone, but the phone is still unusable. Is there anything else I can try?

Did it ever work for you or is this your first time on 48?

Are you getting any signal at all?

What networks do you see when you manually scan for networks?

Can you see/connect to 48?

Do you have data roaming enabled?

Can you receive calls/texts?

 

I noticed the network disappearing sporadically earlier this evening in case that's a factor here?

Hopefully we're not facing an imminent outage...!

You need to provide more info - e.g...

 

What are the symptoms of the problem?

Did it ever work or are you new to 48?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

What does your online account say about your membership status and expiry date?

Can you get any signal at all?

If you scan for networks can you see and connect to 48?

If you don't see 48 try O2.

What happens then?

Do you have data roaming enabled? You need it enabled to use 48.

Can you receive calls/texts?
