I logged into my account to change my partners number from meteor to 48 and now my number is not working and my partner meteor number on my account and her phone no device too what do I do to rectify this problem?

Sounds like you have ported your partner's number to your account!

You should not have logged into your account to do this.

You should have logged into your partner's account to do it.

You'll probably need to contact 48 support to see if they can rectify this for you.
