My number is [personal details removed] and it has no signal or service since i turned it on today ? Can you help please ?

Do you have a valid membership?

What does your online account say about your membership type/status, expiry date and calls/texts/data/credit balances?

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current membership month?
