My calls, txts and internet arent working??

Did they ever work?

If so when did it stop working?

What does your online account say about your current membership status and allowance balances?

Yes they were working up until an hour ago, I have unlimited calls and texts and 1 GB of internet left so there shouldnt be a problem

What's your membership expiry date?

Are you getting a signal/connection to the network at all?

Do you see 48 when you manually scan for networks?

Can you receive calls/tests?

Did you try powering the phone off and on again?

Did anything change on the phone - e.g. software update, changes to settings etc.?

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current membership month?
