Paid twice for credit

I have paid twice for credit and havnt recived it yet? I either want refunded €10 and my month member ship or 2 months membership I've paid and have proof of payed

What do you mean by "credit"?

Do you mean membership?

Memberships don't necessarily take effect immediately.
