Problem Moving My number

HI there,

 

I have tried to move my number to 48...I put in all my details and then recived this email

 

 

There's been a problem moving your number. You'll need to check you've selected the right account type.

For example, have you put in 'prepay unregistered' where it's meant to be 'prepay registered'? If so, you can go back and enter the correct details on the move your number page

And if it isn't this, contact us here & we'll sort you out.

 

 

 

But when i go back to the "Move my number page" It is saying in progress and may take up to 2 hours...How do i go about changing my account type.
