Processing the order

Hi all. I have ordered an internet add-on -the website is "processing" the order for the last few weeks...I cannot even reorder as the option went all gray, my 48 appears frozen- is it a bug in the website? Thank you in advance.

You need to contact 48 support about this.

If it's been like that for weeks I'm surprised you didn't do this before now.
