Replacement SIM activation Problem

egistered my replacement SIM by entering my replacement registration code which was step 1 of 3 it said. It then would not let me go onto step 2. I put the sim into my new phone an i can recive calls and txts but i cant text or phone anyone even though my current membership status is paid?

This seems like a small technical problem!

I'm sure if you raise a ticket with the tech staff referring to this thread, with your account details; they'll be able to sort you out Smiley Happy

Hi Ive been with 48 for ages. I lost my phone and so blocked my number.I get a replacement sim and entered in the activation code online, but the following page didnt come up. (the one thats supposed to ask fro my details). Im just getting a red warning saying that you are 'unable to register the sim'. meanwhile the phone- that has the new sim in it- just asks for a 'network unlock pin', and I dont know what that is. please Help!! Iseult

Network unlock pin sounds like the phone is not unlocked for use on any network.
Only unlocked phones work on 48.
As for the problem registering the sim you may need to contact 48 support for assistance:

Hi. thanks . I thought this was 48Support?? The phone was last used as a 48 phone, so its not locked..

Network unlock pin usually means that the phone is locked to a network and needs to be unlocked for use on 48.
