Please clarify what you are asking.

I can only assume that you're asking if you register a replacement SIM will you have to buy a new membership?

If that's the question then the answer is "no".

If you register a repalcement SIM properly (i.e. as a replacement and not as a new SIM) then your membership/account/number/credit etc. all keep working with the new SIM.

Just make sure to register a replacement SIM as a replacement and not a new SIM.
