Samsung new sim not working

Hi. Just moved my number to 48. Samsung s7560 is unlocked, was using foreing cards before, Vodafone here in Ireland. Phone cannot find any network, just nothing pops up. when searching for network automatically get an error "your sim does not allow a connection to this network" Roaming on, removed sim and checked with other unlocked phone. same difference.

Is data roaming enabled? If not try enabling it.
Can you see any networks at all when you scan?
Is the sim registered properly?
Any messages about the sim when you log into your online account?

Roaming is on.  no networks are available to select. no messages on the website.

Sounds odd.
Maybe the sim hasn't been registered/enabled properly.
You may need to contact 48 support for assistance.
