Samsung s5 3G has stopped working

My internet has been working with my new s5 for the past few weeks but for some reason it has just stopped. My membership doesnt run out until the 24th of December and i have more than enough internet left to use. I configured all the settings so it should be working, I just dont understand why it stopped working for no reason. Tried reconfiguring it, restarting phone and putting on data roaming but no luck. Can anyone help me please?

This seems to be a problem with Samsung Galaxy phones worldwide - they just spontaneously lose some or all settings.

If you google for info about this you will find lots from all over the world.

I've never been able to find an explanation for why this happens.

I wonder if it happens when there is a (possibly automatic) software update or something?

It's definitely not specific to 48 or a 48 problem per se.

Try reconfiguring again using these instructions:

If it still doesn't work then try switching off, taking your SIM out, gently cleaning the SIM contacts, reinserting it, switching on and trying again.

If it still doesn'r work then you may need to contact 48 support for more assistance:

Hope this helps.

I havent been able to try as my membership is gone and anytime I try buy more with my debit card, its telling me theres a problem, yet I'm able to buy off other sites with my debit card. Even tried with a friends card and nothing works. This is really wrecking my head. Is it something to do with my sim card?

Probably best to contact 48 support at this stage

Hope this helps.
