Security Limitations error

I get a 'security limitations' error when try to top up my account. I'm not sure how to solve this or if there's a problem with my account or card.

What sort of card?

From what country?

Is verified by VISA or similar enabled on it?

Has it ever worked for online payments before?

On 48? On other sites?

How much are you trying to pay?

same is happening with me i have previously used same card on 48

A friend of mine tried to top me up and has money on credit card.Exact same problem I am having.Looks like its a payment problem on the site. My credit is up at midnight could you attend to this please ASAP!!!!
