Security limitatiions on credit card

When I try to pay my subscriptions i get an error saying that the card has been rejected because of security limitations.

Did the card ever work online before?

For purchases on 48?

For purchases elsewhere?

 

Any chance you need to register for/activate 3D Secure on the card?
