Are you in a poor coverage area?

Maybe log a support query to ask 48 about this:

Hope this helps.

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

No solution to what?

You need to post more info if you want help.

I’m having the same problem! Thought it was a sim or phone issue but maybe it’s a network problem if other people having the same problem. Did you get to speak to anyone from 48?

There's no network problem that I can see.
You're replying to a two year old thread so previous posts here are irrelevant at this stage.
You should contact 48 support if you are having problems.
See the link in my signature below.

Hope this helps.

I have contacted support thanks but waiting on a response....thanks for the link.

They're offline now so you probably won't hear anything back from them until tomorrow at this stage.

You should try the usual just in case - switch off, take the SIM out, gently clean the contacts, reinsert it, switch on, manually search for networks and connect to 48.

If that doesn't help then you might need to try a replacement SIM.

Seems as if some SIMs can spontaneously stop working reliably but I have no idea why.

Hope this helps.
