Anyone know where I can pick up a Sony Xperia SP? Any phone networks releasing? and if so can they be unlocked? Thanks.

Oh it's just out so I wouldnt expect it here in Ireland for another few weeks 😕
Let alone unlocked! My best bet is to get it online (and it'll be cheaper too), and get it unlocked here from those phone unlocking places. They're usually dotted around most cities and big towns, it shoukdnt cost you more than 20, if they are asking for more, refuse and look again!
But honestly, don't expect the stores stocking it soon... I mean they havent even started the other Xperia series..

I know it's not the same as the SP but the Xperia S is available on Vodafone pay as you go in case that's of any use. Port in a number from another operator's free SIM and get €20 off the usual online price. And then presumably get it unlocked. A few other operators here also have the S:
