Hi I topped up my phone today by €10 to enter a text competition for a radio station and it won't deliver any of the messages I have sent? It hasn't taken my credit either

Unfortunately 48 don't support texts to Premium SMS (PSMS) 5XXXX numbers at all.

Even if you have cash credit on your account you cannot send them.
