What sort of numbers are they?

The ComReg numbering system lookup form doesn't return anything for these when entered as the STD (stop sniggering down the back! :-)) although 074 is Letterkenny but I presume you're not trying to call Donegal?

Not all premium/special numbers are supported by 48 - even when you have credit.

Other call charges

Are you sure that you are not missing any dialing prefixes (e.g. if these are numbers in another country you need to dial 00 <country-code> and then the number)?

Hope this helps.
