Top up voucher not working

Today 5th June my membership expired, so I bought 10 euro top up coupon from omnivend, then I top up ed, I got 10 euro balance, ,actually I need to renew my membership. .not need top up balance.. usually I renewed by computer...but my computer not working. .that's why I bought it from omnivend... I can't make a call. .Please help me. .I can't make a single call. ..

It's not totally clear from your post what your problem is...

 

If your membership expires on the 5th then it expires at midnight on the 5th - not midnight on the 4th - and if you buy a new membership today then it will only kick in after midnight. If you need to make calls etc. then you may need to buy an add-on to tide you over today.

 

On the other hand if your problem is that you have €10 credit balance and need to buy membership but can't do this online then you need to text the relevant code to 1745 to do this by text:

These short codes are also handy when you don't have access to a computer in order to see your account info:
