You can try manually connecting to a network while abroad but I'm not sure if it will help.
You should contact 48 support and ask them about this.
Unfortunately the two makes of phones that seem to cause most problems around here are Apple iPhones and Samsung Galaxy phones.
The same problems that people all around the world have - just Google and you'll see.
I always buy cheap SIM free Chinese phones and have never had the same problems with them as others have with these two makes...
Did you contact 48 support to ask them about this?
Maybe they can help.
I've seen this issue with Samsung Galaxy phones mentioned lots of times all over the world but have never seen a failsafe solution.
Glad it helped although I still don't really understand why this issue arises from time to time with Samsung Galaxy phones.
I am in France on iPhone 6. Cannot send texts receive or make calls even though it says I am connected to a network. Option to manually select a network as it keeps crashing back to home screen. Have credit & Eu add ons
Have you tried this (you may need to try it several times before it works)?
What exactly do you mean it keeps "crashing" back to the home screen?
If necessary contact 48 support here:
Hope this helps.
