Unauthorised direct debits

My banking 365 account shows that 2 amounts of €15 each were paid to you today - 14th of Nov.

I did not authorise this. Please explain asap.

Are you sure you didn't buy a Mitch membership (or two)?
Or maybe one via auto membership renewal?
If you think that the charges are in error then you need to contact 48 support and get them to look into it for you.

What does your My 48 account page say about your current membership and any "next" membership(s)?
What does your My History page say about recent purchases?
