hi, i just changed to 48 today (15-11-2013) but i cant top up online so its not the network for me. i want to go back to my original network so i want to know how to do this! please help as ive no phone now and no way to contact people :/

What is the problem with topping up online?
What happens when you log into your online account?
If you want to go to another network then you contact that network and ask them to port your number over from 48. You don't contact 48 about this.

Why did 48 send me a mail saying i should move network as i am looking for handsets and 4g i never said i was looking for any of that
You're not been asked to leave 48. This is just making you aware of other options if you decide to leave.
This was a new proposal that we brought in to advise customers that you are not tied into any contracts with us as a network,
Obviously we would like you to stay with us but we are also giving you the option to move to other providers. This is a standard message sent to all customers so you can ignore this if you are happy with us. We don’t want you to leave but we just felt that some customers would like to know what else is out there as we are so confident we offer a better deal”
If you want to remain with 48 we are more than happy for you to do that.
