Why can't I see where I'm spending my credit?

Really love the service and have bought membership, top-ups and credit.  However, I'd like to know where my credit goes! As I don't get a bill, I can't tell if I'm using it all on MMS, International TXT, Premium Numbers, etc.  Are there plans to make this detail available to customers?

Normally your main expenditure should be for monthly membership and that pays in one go for the bundled services under the relevant membership package:

http://48months.ie/deal

Other expenditure might be on add-ons (if you use up your membership bundled allowances and need more):

http://48months.ie/boiler-plate/add-on-rules

and maybe also on other services charged from your credit balance - e.g. international calls/texts etc.

http://48months.ie/pricing

I think that 48 can provide call/text logs etc. on demand if you log a support request and ask them but normally detailed info about usage is not available. I guess that this keeps the costs down.

Your phone should also keep logs of calls/texts in case that helps keep local track of what you're spending your credit balance on?

Hope this helps.
