Why my internet doesnt work

Hi I paid for tge deal Don and my internet doesnt work please fix it 48months cuz Its necessary

@sissy101 That is quite strange then. Have you got 3G activated along with data roaming switched on? If you still can't fix it after one more try then you can log a request here.

 

What android version is you Galaxy mini?

Well before you blame them and tell them to fix it you need to do a few things. Firstly you have to see if your setting on the phone are correct.

 

These are the generic settings( Along with some models that have their own specific instructions) that you need to put in depending on what your device is. If you can't manage to do it yourself with this link then say what model your phone is, then more information can be given that is more specific for you.)

i just joined aswell today and bought the don for €20 and tried the steps for my samsung galaxy mini and still no internet, cant understand why, did step by step 3 times before contact 48

Do you have a data membership or add-on?
