Is that not supposed to be 8080?

Hi fionnsta,

Thanks a million for pointing that out, we'll go in and change that now.

Have you tried adding some credit on to your account? - MMS messages are not included in your free texts so you'll need to add some credit on to your account as well as your membership, each picture message will cost €0.30.

You can check out a breakdown of additional costs here

I have the Nokia lumina 800 and followed and entered these settings. But when i go to try using the internet it doesnt work and says

"Try the following: -Make sure your data roaming options are set to allow roaming"

But im not roaming..

I dont know why that would make a difference. Plus if i want roaming id have to buy roaming add-ons.

Help please..?

If you haven't already, please try use the settings that apply to the Nokia handset most similar to yours.

If this does not solve your problem I would recommend raising a ticket with the member of staff. Do this by using the link in my signature below.

Don't know what "menu path defers" means (typo?) but have you tried this:

I am not a 48 employee so if you need to contact 48 support then use option 3 or the chat facility here.
