Hi there, I ordered a replacement sim, for some reason it never arrived? Then I ordered another and two came together, when I log in now it wont let me pay membership / or buy anything?

What happens when you log into your online My 48 account and try to buy stuff?

What messages/errors do you get?

Is the replacement SIM working otherwise?

Same for me. I'm getting an "oops there is a technical issue" when I try to pay membership. Getting this all day. I'm out and can't make any calls or texts. Is there any other way I can pay(via phone perhaps?)

Was trying to pay membership against a new account I've yet to receive the sim for.
