Hi, I am recieveing spam sms. It does not come from a number but from somethng called " GSpiderweb " There is no option in the message to unsubscribe from these. Can you tell me how to block these messages? Thanks
I'm currently in the USA, California. I am receiving texts to my 48 SIM no problem, but am unable to send any texts! I have credit in my account, but my membership has not been paid. Trying to text to an American mobile number. Please help! Thanks
hi there seems to be something wrong with my 48 account i signed in thats ok but when i went to buy a add on for the internet i couldnt as the button i pressed to pay by my card wouldnt work when i tried to top up whats wrong with my account ?
Phone says I have signal and H+ but yet internet won't work at all and texts won't send. I topped up yesterday with the mitch membership. I am in Europe and I have data roaming on.
I'm over in Prague on my holidays and I can't receive any calls and texts. I have money in my account to incur the costs and I also have my membership up to date. Any solutions to my problem could be highly appreciated.
