Thanks for your response, however I have call that same number from another mobile number an I wasn't charged you could also call it with a different number.

Include details of the number you have been charged for.

Looks like a regular 090 landline number to me so I don't see how/why it would be treated as a freephone number.

Maybe ask the people whose number it is?
