internet not working

Have a samsung galazy mini and put in the settings required which used to work but all of a sudden not getting even a signal. What should i do please as all i get is oopps when try to contact agent ?

Try using the Tweakker APN app to configure your internet settings and see if that helps.

If you are having problems logging a support request via the normal link (which requires you to log into your online account)

 

http://help.48months.ie/requests/new

 

then try the anonymous link and see if that works:

 

http://help.48months.ie/anonymous_requests/new
