does the 48 go conguer network, work on all iphones ??

Yes - as long as the phone is unlocked for use on any network.

In some cases it's necessary to activate the phone on a new network by syncing with iTunes.

When doing this on 48 you may need a small amount of cash credit (e.g. €1) to cover the cost (25c) of iTunes sending a UK SMS as part of the activation process.
