hi i am nik here limerick i want  active my number  standerd membership . urgently please. last month  top up 20 euro 2 month standard membership. why is my number run out. please make sure  need my number standard  member ship 10 euro month.thanks nik

What does your online acccount say about your membership - current and any queued up - and expiry date?

 

Are you saying that you have membership but cannot make/receive calls or send/receive texts?

 

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current membership month?
