my internet is not working

Hi!I just had bought new smartphone  Motorola XT1622 Lenovo and my internet is not working.I checked already the phone list and i cannot find this model on 48 months list:(I checked my membership and I have still active and full so is not this problem as well.VI-Fi was working but internet on Sim card no.Would You help me,please?
