Hey there,

you can try the following workaround which solved the problem for many members:

Search for networks manually, find 48 and connect to it.

i was fine untill after 4.30 today.then it relapsed.  searching for network manually just timed out. rebooted in safe mode with an android 4.3 nexus 4  by pressing and holding power off menu for a few seconds. that allowed me to send a text at 6.35pm. left with zero confidence, and embarrassed about kickback recommendations. not good enough. where can i pm my details to record my complete dissatisfaction and dissappointment. being an mvno isn't an excuse.

how do i search for networks manually it already says 48 as the carrier

Hi

Is there a reason why you wish to manually search for networks?

If it's showing 48 already...

If you have a signal issue, you could try powering off and on, or toggling flight mode on and off...this can in some cases can improve the signal.

Again, it depends on what your intentions are.
