My internet has gone again on my samsung can i recrive settings again or how can i resolve this

Are you sure that you haven't simply used up your data allowance?

What does your online account say about the data allowance balance?

If that is still OK then have your settings changed since they worked?

Or have you done any software update on your phone or anything like that?

If you need to reconfigure the settings then see the steps here:

The online configurator should work. You seem to have a Galaxy S4 Mini I9195 in which case this link should work:
