Anon
Not applicable
Hi I've my membership paid up and my sms centre number is +353894300000. I can send texts but I can't receive them. Saw a question about this but the link attached to go to crew is now invalid. Don't know what to do 😞

Any chance your message storage space is full?

Can you delete some messages and see if that helps?

Does the sender of a text get any error message when you don't get it?

If necessary contact 48 support about this:

How to get help

Hope this helps.

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

How can I send a text to 5 digit numbers like 53104 etc?

Unfortunately you can't.

48 don't support sending text messages to premium SMS 5XXXX numbers.

Hope this helps.

I had teh same issue when I ported, enter this code at the keypad and it should work -- **5005*7672*+353894300000#
(It sets the correct SMS-Center)

That's got going to change the fact that on 48 you can't sent messages to premium SMS (5xxxx) numbers.
