Is the phone unlocked for use on any network?

Is the SIM registered/activated?

What exactly happens when you put the SIM in and switch the phone on?

Any messages/prompts at all?

Can you scan for networks and see any?

Are you sure that SIM PIN locking is enabeld on the SIM?

Can you use another phone to disable SIM PIN locking and then try it again in the One Plue One phone?

Hope this helps.

The phone is unlocked to all networks. I put w meteor sim in and it works just fine! 48 is the only network that does not appear when it was searching for mobile carriers

Does O2 appear?

Can you connect to it?

Or maybe 3 now that they have merged?

Some phones don't recognize some virtual networks such as 48 but you can connect to the "host" network instead.

Hope this helps.

It says my sim does not allow connection on this network

That's what it said when I tried to register with 02

OK - unfortunately I don't really know so.

Any chance there's a more recent software update for the phone that might help?

I do know that somebody else here recently with an OPO had to order a new SIM before it worked for them.

Maybe contact 48 support and see if they can offer any advice?
