top up with 20 euro the don deal and i got no internet

I top up with 20 euro yestarday the don deal an i got just the free sms and free calss but no 3gb internet and no 50 min landline !! What i don wrong or wy i didnt get them!! Can u help

I.e. you have a current membership with some of the month left to run and your newly purchased Don membership has stacked rather than kicking in immediately?

 

If that's not the case and the Don membership and services should be working now then you may need to log a support query to get 48 to help you with this:

What do you mean?
What error messages or prompts do you get?

Is this in a phone in which it worked before or could it be a new phone that is locked to another network?

Or do you need to enter your PIN[1]/PUK?

 

forgot my PIN..... What now?
