Can you help me please i payed my money into top up instead of membership and I can not make calls can you transfer it over please

The process you describe is correct - you initally top-up your balance, then further that by selecting the membership of your choice and purchasing it, simply go to your my 48 page, and buy your membership if your balance has the relevent funds.

I've used up all my calls, I bought membership but it won't start till the 9 th .
So I bought €10 top up , will this allow me make calls until my march membership kicks in on the 9 th???

Hi fefe

So your next membership begins on the 09/02/14...
If you purchased €10 top up today (04/02/14) -
Then that top up will be in your balance until a month expires, (from 04/02/14 to 04/03/14 @ 2359) - or until you use it up making calls/texts between times.


Your calls from your membership allowance should kick in on the 09/02/14 also.

I have purchase top up logged in and tried to by free calls and texts. The proses frizzed the half way, what seem to be the problem?

Seems odd to reply to a 10 year old thread!

You'll need to provide more details if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment/purchase? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?

Fefe - if you have used up your calls allowances on your membership before the end of the membership month then you'll need to use your credit balance to buy calls top ups to tide you over until the 9th which is the earliest that a new membership can start on your account.
