bought my top up today. have been wit 48 for awhile. but my credit wont work eventhough its saying i hav 20 credit. anyone help me please. lost without my phone

You mean a voucher PIN? Are you sure that you entered it correctly?

You need membership to be able to use services - calls, texts, data etc. Membership comes with certain allowances for these.

You don't need cash on your credit balance unless you will be using services that are not covered by membership allowances and are paid for from your credit balance.
